Abre nueva ventana\" href=\"https:\/\/www.siis.net\/documentos\/ficha\/579253.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\">Documento elaborado por el Centro Espa\u00f1ol de Documentaci\u00f3n e Investigaci\u00f3n sobre Discapacidad (CEDID) que recoge informaci\u00f3n sobre las principales novedades incluidas en el Real Decreto 888\/2022<\/a> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En octubre de 2022 se aprueba el Real Decreto por el que se establece un nuevo baremo para la valoraci\u00f3n del grado de discapacidad, que sustituye al que estaba en vigor desde 1999 y se adapta al modelo social de la Convenci\u00f3n Internacional sobre los Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad de Naciones Unidas.<\/p>\n<p>En lo que respecta a\u00a0 los usuarios\/as de Implante Coclear, en el cap\u00edtulo 5 apartado 5.1.c dice: <em><strong>\u00abSe evaluar\u00e1 una deficiencia total de la persona por p\u00e9rdida auditiva de al menos un 33% en los casos de personas que precisen implante coclear o implante de tronco cerebral por p\u00e9rdida de audici\u00f3n.\u00bb<\/strong><\/em><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Fuente: Federaci\u00f3n de Asociaciones de Implantados Cocleares de Espa\u00f1a.
