La jornada tuvo como objetivo dotarles de las herramientas necesarias <strong>para mejorar sus oportunidades laborales. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El evento se ha desarrollado <strong>bajo el formato de \u2018gamificaci\u00f3n\u2019,<\/strong> con el objetivo de motivar a los j\u00f3venes a marcarse unas metas viables, visualizar la importancia de la formaci\u00f3n, mostrar oportunidades laborales, despertar nuevas vocaciones y dotar a los asistentes de herramientas efectivas, innovadoras y diferenciadoras, as\u00ed como trabajar habilidades sociales.<\/p>\n<p>Los asistentes participaron en los distintos talleres programados. Tambi\u00e9n tuvieron la oportunidad de escuchar las <strong>charlas motivadoras a cargo de <em>trainers<\/em> paral\u00edmpicos<\/strong> de Fundaci\u00f3n ONCE, como \u00c1lvaro Gal\u00e1n, David Casinos y Marta Arce. Un Game de Empleo como este de Madrid se ha celebrado anteriormente en Valladolid, Gij\u00f3n, Sevilla y Alicante.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los participantes<strong> han podido contactar con distintas empresas<\/strong> cuyos responsables de recursos humanos les han hecho propuestas de mejora y dar\u00e1n consejos para presentar un curriculum de forma efectiva.
