En ella, se ha ubicado informaci\u00f3n de referencia sobre estas patolog\u00edas, con rese\u00f1a de los centros hospitalarios del Servicio Madrile\u00f1o de Salud que concentran el mayor n\u00famero de pacientes seg\u00fan las patolog\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho portal se divide en tres partes principales: qu\u00e9 son las enfermedades raras (con datos e informaci\u00f3n general), informaci\u00f3n sobre enfermedades concretas y enlaces de inter\u00e9s a entidades e instituciones que trabajan para mejorar la calidad de vida de quienes conviven con estas patolog\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>La esencia de esta iniciativa adem\u00e1s est\u00e1 estrechamente ligada con el Plan de Mejora de la Atenci\u00f3n Sanitaria a las Personas con Enfermedades Poco Frecuentes de la Comunidad de Madrid. 2016-2020, al que este espacio hace referencia expresa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\">\u00daltima actualizaci\u00f3n: 30\/07\/2018.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Fuente: FEDER <a href=\"https:\/\/enfermedades-raras.org\/index.php\/actualidad\/noticias-eventos\/2-feder\/10960-la-comunidad-de-madrid-habilita-un-espacio-web-informativo-sobre-er\" target=\"_blank\">La Comunidad de Madrid habilita un espacio web informativo sobre ER<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Leemos en FEDER la siguiente noticia que os reproducimos de forma \u00edntegra: La Comunidad de Madrid ha habilitado un espacio, dentro de su Portal de Salud, a las enfermedades poco frecuentes.
