{"id":3404,"date":"2017-12-04T14:40:42","date_gmt":"2017-12-04T14:40:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sindromecharge.es\/index.php\/2017\/12\/04\/cermi-demanda-al-gobierno-ante-el-supremo-por-incumplir-el-reglamento-de-accesibilidad\/"},"modified":"2017-12-04T14:40:42","modified_gmt":"2017-12-04T14:40:42","slug":"cermi-demanda-al-gobierno-ante-el-supremo-por-incumplir-el-reglamento-de-accesibilidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sindromecharge.es\/index.php\/2017\/12\/04\/cermi-demanda-al-gobierno-ante-el-supremo-por-incumplir-el-reglamento-de-accesibilidad\/","title":{"rendered":"Cermi demanda al Gobierno ante el Supremo por incumplir el reglamento de accesibilidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Leemos en 20minutos la siguiente noticia que os reproducimos de forma \u00edntegra: <\/p>\n<p>EFE<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El Comit\u00e9 Espa\u00f1ol de Representantes de Personas con Discapacidad recuerda que este lunes se cumpl\u00eda el l\u00edmite para que todos los entornos fueran accesibles.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.20minutos.es\/noticia\/3204547\/0\/accesibilidad-viviendas-ley-fecha-limite\/#xtor=AD-15&amp;xts=467263\">Las viviendas espa\u00f1olas siguen sin ser todo lo accesibles que debieran pese a la ley.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.20minutos.es\/noticia\/3202221\/0\/madrid-barreras-arquitectonica-edificios-publicos-transporte-calles\/#xtor=AD-15&amp;xts=467263\">Madrid mantiene a\u00fan barreras arquit\u00e9ctonicas en edificios, calles, transporte&#8230;<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cdn.20m.es\/img2\/recortes\/2011\/05\/16\/19752-620-282.jpg?v=20171204154856\" width=\"620\" height=\"282\" alt=\"Silla de ruedas\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cermi.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">Comit\u00e9 Espa\u00f1ol de Representantes de Personas con Discapacidad (Cermi)<\/a> ha presentado este lunes ante el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.20minutos.es\/minuteca\/tribunal-supremo\/\">Tribunal Supremo<\/a> una demanda contra el Gobierno por inacci\u00f3n al no haber aprobado, tras superar todos los plazos legales, el reglamento de condiciones de accesibilidad universal y no <strong>discriminaci\u00f3n de las personas con discapacidad<\/strong> a los bienes y servicios p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p>En un comunicado, el Cermi recuerda que este lunes, 4 de diciembre, se cumpl\u00eda el l\u00edmite legal para que todos los <strong>entornos, productos y servicios<\/strong> fueran accesibles, lo que no ha sucedido, por lo que la Organizaci\u00f3n ha decidido plantear este recurso contencioso-administrativo.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata del plazo legal que Espa\u00f1a se dio en 2003 con la Ley General de Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad y de su Inclusi\u00f3n Social para <strong>que todos estos elementos fueran accesibles.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durante los \u00faltimos meses y mediante la campa\u00f1a <em>Horizonte Accesibilidad 4 de diciembre de 2017<\/em>, el Cermi ha demandado al Gobierno su cumplimiento sin lograr su objetivo, por lo que ha decidido presentar este recurso para que la Justicia, \u00absi estima la demanda, le<strong> obligue a cumplir las leyes<\/strong> del Parlamento cuando le ordenan acometer desarrollos reglamentarios\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>A juicio del Comit\u00e9, la no aprobaci\u00f3n de estas condiciones b\u00e1sicas de accesibilidad y <strong>no discriminaci\u00f3n en el acceso a bienes y servicios<\/strong> impide que se avance en la inclusi\u00f3n de las personas con discapacidad en \u00e1mbitos como el comercio, la educaci\u00f3n, la cultura y el deporte, entre otros, al no existir una normativa m\u00ednima estatal reguladora de estas necesidades de accesibilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Fuente: 20minutos <a href=\"http:\/\/www.20minutos.es\/noticia\/3204791\/0\/comite-discapacidad-cermi-demanda-gobierno\/tribunal-supremo-reglamento-accesibilidad\/\" target=\"_blank\">Cermi demanda al Gobierno ante el Supremo por incumplir el reglamento de accesibilidad<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Leemos en 20minutos la siguiente noticia que os reproducimos de forma \u00edntegra: EFE El Comit\u00e9 Espa\u00f1ol de Representantes de Personas con Discapacidad recuerda que este lunes se cumpl\u00eda el l\u00edmite para que todos los entornos fueran accesibles.
