La afectada, que trabajaba como cajera en un supermercado, acaba de <strong>perder el juicio<\/strong> contra el Instituto Nacional de la <a title=\"Noticias de la Seguridad Social\" href=\"http:\/\/www.20minutos.es\/minuteca\/seguridad-social\/\">Seguridad Social<\/a>, el organismo que la <strong>considera \u00abapta\u00bb<\/strong> para seguir desarrollando cualquier tipo de empleo.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, los <strong>informes m\u00e9dicos<\/strong> de la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda <strong>desaconsejan que haga esfuerzos con los brazos<\/strong> por su c\u00e1ncer de mama. Tres veces por semana <strong>acude a consulta<\/strong> para seguir el tratamiento. A Rosario, que tiene 35 a\u00f1os, <strong>no le renovaron<\/strong> el contrato tras <strong>comunicar<\/strong> en su empresa que <strong>padec\u00eda c\u00e1ncer<\/strong>. Estuvo varios meses cobrando la baja laboral pero al acabar la ayuda, la Seguridad Social consider\u00f3\u00a0 que no se deb\u00eda declarar la \u00abincapacidad permanente\u00bb por las secuelas que le hab\u00eda dejado la enfermedad.<\/p>\n<p>Rosario cuenta con los informes m\u00e9dicos, avalados con un documento por la Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola Contra el C\u00e1ncer, la <strong>AECC<\/strong>.
