\"Sentencia<\/a>En el n\u00famero 72 de nuestra revista Integraci\u00f3n<\/em>, de octubre del 2014, nos hac\u00edamos eco de la petici\u00f3n de ayuda solicitada por Eloy y Priscila ya que el Juzgado en Primera Instancia n\u00ba 15 de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria que, a denuncia de la pediatra del hospital y con acusaci\u00f3n por parte del fiscal, hab\u00eda sentenciado, el 8 de agosto del 2014, \u201cen inter\u00e9s del menor\u201d, realizar el implantar coclear (I.C.) a su hija V.P.A. en contra del criterio de sus padres.<\/p>\n

Los padres apelaron la sentencia y desde la Federaci\u00f3n AICE enviamos un escrito donde se constataba que el implante coclear es algo m\u00e1s que una decisi\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, y que consider\u00e1bamos un error monumental la decisi\u00f3n del juzgado.<\/p>\n
